  • In today’s complex electric industry, effective decision making is a must. Directors need the tools to assess today’s challenges and to determine the best choice for all involved. This course provides directors with the techniques and skills needed to identify issues, hold constructive discussions and resolve conflict so that they can reach satisfactory solutions
