Central EC is an electric distribution cooperative serving over 25,000 members in seven west-central Pennsylvania counties (Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Mercer and Venango). Incorporated on July 12, 1937, electric service was first provided on Aug. 18, 1938.
