Valley Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc.

Valley REC is an electric distribution cooperative serving more than 21,000 members in eight central Pennsylvania counties (Bedford, Blair, Centre, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, and Mifflin). The cooperative was incorporated November 1, 1938. Electric service was first provided November 17, 1939.
